THE ROLE**:
This is a highly sought after opportunity to join a specialist firm whose head office is in the North West. The appointed Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for their own caseload of PI matters, mostly comprised of Employers’, Public and OccupiersLiability cases. The postholder will be expected to run with each case from initial instruction to settlement and will gain exposure to complex, high value work in working alongside the Partners and senior fee earners within the team. This is an ideal opportunityfor a newly qualified Solicitor who has gained some experience of handling EL, PL and OL work who is looking to kick start their career
**THE CANDIDATE**:
I want to speak to Solicitors who have recently qualified and have gained exposure to EL, PL and OL work as part of their training contract / qualification. Although the appropriate training and supervision will be provided, solid grounding and knowledge inthis area of law is essential. Applicants hoping to be considered for this role must be confident self-starters with a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to fast-paced and time-sensitive situations.
