We are looking for an upbeat and energetic receptionist who is willing to work on the weekends, willing to answer incoming calls, and willing to deal with questions and concerns from our clients. This entry-level position requires simple administrative work (filing, mailing, etc.) and requires the ability to work independently as well as a real commitment to customer service. Please be advised this role will be paid an age related hourly rate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide reception services during off-peak and peak hours.
- Answer phone calls and greet guests.
- Greets and assists walk-in visitors.
- Answer general questions regarding business hours, location, services, etc.
- Make photocopies, print documents and other assignments as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £9.70 per hour
