We at Funding Options are looking for a motivated Head of Customer Finance to support us on our vision: Is to build the platform that bridges the SME funding gap, one business at a time.

Leading the Customer Finance team, you’ll provide leadership to the team to support them in helping as many customers as possible get the right finance, through effective conversations - understanding our customers’ finance needs and effectively matching them to the best product and lender that meets their need.
You’ll define what great performance looks like and deliver data-driven action strategies to consistently optimise Funding Options’ commercial performance.
You will have a key role in helping ensure we deliver our business strategy and equally as important ensure that we retain our culture as we grow.

In a nutshell:
We are looking for an experienced and customer focused leader to drive the transformation of the team as we continue to scale our technology and accelerate our growth. We are digital first, with the human touch.
You’ll define what great performance looks like and deliver data-driven action strategies to consistently optimise Funding Options’ commercial performance with a key focus on leveraging technology to drive efficiencies, optimal processes and to ensure our award winning technology works in perfect harmony with our team of experienced Business Finance Specialists.
You will have a key role in helping ensure we deliver our business strategy and equally as important ensure that we retain our culture as we grow.

**Requirements**:
You’ll need to have:

- The ability to drive transformation and change the correct team behaviours and objectives to meet the needs of Funding Options and the customer.
- Data-savvy with a technical mindset continuously looking to optimise lead flow and internal processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely well organised and analytical.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
- Ability to engage and quickly establish strong working relationships
