We are currently recruiting an App Designer for an exciting project of designing a brand-new app, which would be the first of its kind in a global company. The App Designer will embark on the design for an app, which will have an audience of 1,000's of subscribersacross the globe. Currently the service is we-based, so this a great opportunity to add your stamp to the new app. This is an extremely lean project, where a designer can work in an agile manner to work on a project that aims to go live before the end of Q1.

The technology partner has already built the template and an App Designer is required to work on the journeys, improve interactions within the app and overall rebrand the template to give the app a real feel of the client.

**Essentials**:

- Experience of designing 3-5 quality Native Apps in a commercial environment
- Comfortable in a lean and agile environment
- Strong knowledge of iOS and Android design systems
- Worked with and contributed to design systems and componentisation
- Disciplined and consistent to work remotely

**Responsibilities**:

- Interfacing with the Design Manager to develop the app and eventually collaborate with developers
- Manage stakeholders confidently
- Consistently provide updates to the manager
- Design, prototype, and develop elegant solutions for the app
- Competitor research and analysis for apps and propositions to identify expected product features and experiences, test ideas and refine designs with data and customer feedback
- Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications
- Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency across the product portfolio
- Work with cross-functional partners in internal teams to bring consistency, simplicity, and ease of use to app
- Offer design support for the clients web product if needed
