Physician Associate

A friendly GP surgery based in the Luton area are currently looking for a Physician Associate to join their team on a permanent basis, this role is open to experienced, and newly qualified, Physician Associates. You will be working alongside close knit,friendly team of clinical professionals who will make you feel welcome to the practice and provide you with any help and support you may need. The team is made up of 2 excellent highly skilled GPs, 1 Practice Nurse and a Health Care Assistant. You'll be basedat one practice however you may need to travel to other practices that are part of the same PCN. They are looking for someone with strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, who are confident in running their own clinics in minor illness, triage, cytology,acute & chronic conditions management, immunisations and vaccinations. You'll also need to be registered on the Physician Associate Managed Voluntary Register (PAMVR) and have a Physician Associate National Certification.The surgery is offering a highly competitivesalary of £43k year working full time hours. There are internal and external training courses and pathways for you to take full advantage of the surgery has excellent links to other local educators.
