**Job Title**: Heating Surveyor Gas/Heat Pump

**Company Details**

We are a long-established organization, with around 95 employees operating throughout South Wales and the UK. We provide Gas, Oil, Solid fuel, Renewable Technologies and Electrical services to the private and public sectors.

**Role and Responsibilities**

The engineer will be responsible for the surveying of properties in line with PAS2030/MCS and ECO / Funding requirements to provide detailed layouts of the properties. Complete heatloss calculations in line with industry standards incorporating renewable technologies such as heat pumps, Solar PV and gas boilers.

The engineer will be suitably gas qualified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the heating sector.

Surveys conducted on domestic properties and will involve surveys throughout Wales.

**Required Skills / Qualifications**

As detailed above plus customer communications skills are paramount as are time keeping and safe systems of work.

Gas / BPEC / relevant industry certification.

**Desirable Skills / Qualifications**

Previous internal wall insulation surveying.
