HIT Training is looking for a proactive MIS Administrator to support our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The role is a fixed term, maternity cover contract. Travel will be required to attend quarterly team meetings, with the rest of the time working from home.
**What You'll Do**
As a MIS Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our business operates seamlessly:
- **Data Processing**:Accurately maintain learner and employer records, adhering to funding rules and GDPR regulations.
- **Communication**: Act as the first point of contact, professionally responding to internal and external stakeholders.
- **Organisation**: Manage and prioritise your tasks effectively to keep all administrative processes on track.
- **Support**:Provide essential support to the Area Manager and Local Team, assist with onboarding and training of new administrators, and contribute to broader business needs.
**About You**
We’re looking for someone with:
- A strong background in administration, ideally within the work-based learning sector.
- Experience working with the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS).
- Skill in systems such as CRM, MIS, DAS, and AO, along with solid Excel and database management skills.
- A clear understanding of GDPR and apprenticeship funding rules.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to handle many priorities.
