**Summary**:
The Admissions Officer plays a pivotal role in the recruitment and enrolment of students to our international school. With extensive experience and a passion for education, the Admissions Officer will ensure a smooth and positive experience for prospective families while upholding the school's admissions standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants.
- Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
- Build relationships with feeder schools, agents, and other referral sources.
- **Admissions Process**:

- Manage the entire admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Coordinate entrance assessments and placement tests.
- Communicate admission decisions to families in a timely and professional manner.
- **Family Engagement**:

- Conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective families.
- Answer inquiries and provide information about the school's programs and policies.
- Build rapport with families and guide them through the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with families.
- **Marketing and Communication**:

- Develop marketing materials and content to promote the school.
- Maintain the school's admissions website and social media presence.
- Write compelling articles and newsletters to showcase the school's achievements.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Track and analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports for the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Other Duties**:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for new students.
- Attend professional development workshops to stay abreast of industry trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Admissions/Principal.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in admissions or a related role in international schools.
- Proven track record of successful student recruitment and enrollment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and student information systems.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the UK education system and visa regulations.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language is desirable.

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
