**Pre-cast Operative**

As a pre-cast operative you will learn and assist in all aspects of the construction, repair and modification of precast concrete structures.

The role:

- General manual labouring, including lifting.
- Working with concrete mixes and materials using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Setting up concrete moulds; pouring concrete, preparing them and cleaning them.
- Preparing mixes to specification, ensuring the correct materials are used.
- Ensuring care and attention to product quality throughout each part of the process.
- Loading and unloading ovens.
- Following works orders, drawings and instructions carefully.
- Packing products to a high standard.
- Cleaning and storing all tools, equipment and moulds with care every day.
- Maintaining all aspects of Health and Safety in your work and the working environment.

You will be:

- Experienced in labouring, ground works, building or similar roles. Training will be provided.
- Willing to learn all aspects of the precast process.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Physically fit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
