We are seeking Care Assistants to join our friendly team, at Hailsham House Care Home, in Hellingly, East Sussex.

The home is led by a fully trained professional team and provides care for up to 90 older people who require residential or nursing support, or who are living with dementia.

It is located just outside Hailsham House, East Sussex in a quiet and rural setting.

**About You**:

- Must have previous care experience
- Able to work well as part of a team and independently
- To have the values of making a positive impact

**What we can offer**:

- Competitive Salary 
- Pay rate: £9.85 per hour
- Full time hours (Part time or bank options also available)
- A choice of day or night shifts on offer
- 36 hours available per week 
- Working hours: 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am
- Paid breaks
- 25 Days Annual Leave including bank holidays (pro rata for part time contracts)
- On-going support with Training and Development

**What does the job role involve?**
- Help them with their everyday difficulties arising from their memory problems or physical health.
- To encourage and support them in all aspects of their daily living, which will include washing, dressing and continence.
- Take responsibility by following tailored plans, assisting them with serving meals and drinks and feed residents who are unable to feed themselves
- All other tasks involved in the job role.
