**I am a 7-year-old boy. I have Autism and thrive best with consistency, patience, and understanding. I enjoy sensory activities, being outdoors, and playing in calm, structured environments. I require 2:2:1 care to help me safely explore the world, engage in activities, and develop my independence**
**About the role**
**My family is looking for two caring and experienced individuals to support me for 5 hours per week.**

**What you can expect from me**
**A friendly and welcoming work place. -Access to training and learning opportunities. -5.6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)**
**Days and Times required**
**Necessary Training**
**PA Induction Autism Awareness Training - Understanding the Autism spectrum, sensory sensitivities, and communication styles. Communication Support Training - Such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System) and Intensive Interaction. Positive Behavior Support (PBS) - Strategies for managing challenging behavior in a safe and respectful way. All training can be provided**

**£15 per hour**
