We are looking to recruit a part time (22.5 hours) Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to provide a comprehensive clinical service to pre-school and school-aged children with a wide variety of speech, language and communication disorders.
Caseload management is carried out independently.
Close liaison is maintained with Mainstream Nurseries, Primary Schools, Primary Care Teams and other Community And Specialist Speech and Language Therapists to provide integrated and relevant care packages.
To provide training, direct and indirect / support to Nurseries, Schools, and Health Professionals.
The post holder is a member of the Speech and Language Therapy Team within Hambleton & Richmondshire locality of HDFT. This includes providing clinical support to Speech and Language Therapy Assistants as necessary.
