This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced UNICA CRM analyst with a proven record of implementing and maintaining successful CRM projects to join our dynamic and innovative CRM Data Strategy team. Working across all SB&G products to deliver relevant,engaging and personalised communications to our customers.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to shape and add value to marketing and communication plans.
- Utilise our CRM tools (Unica and SQL developer) to build out accurate and measurable data selections for both our Marketing and Safer Gambling communications across a range of channels and products, delivered to required time, compliance and quality standards.
- Delivering data selections for all required activity to required time, compliance and quality standards, comfortable being hands on.
- Driving home best practice, improving processes and creating capacity through increased automation of CRM activity
- Investigating data based opportunities to improve campaign performance, working closely with our Data team to test and embed models, seek new data streams and exploit existing opportunities.
- Keeping abreast of developments across the business such as new tech, Data Science models or product features and planning how they can be ingested into CRM.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial stakeholders to continuously improve and confidently query briefs.
- Anticipating problems or delays and having solutions and contingencies in place.

**Position Requirements**:

- Be comfortable working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Be confident managing multiple tasks at once and reprioritising accordingly
- Be comfortable challenging requests and putting forward ideas
- Be inquisitive and enjoy finding solutions to problems
- Be a highly articulate, team-player who can work with multiple teams in a collaborative manner
- Have a strong understanding of CRM concepts and terminology.

**Education and/or Relevant Experience**:

- Experience working within a B2C data driven marketing role.
- Strong background in SQL and Database queries
- Experience of CRM within an online or ecommerce environment.
- Experience of CRM tools (Unica / SAS / Acoustic etc)
- Knowledge and experience in A/B testing
- Proven track record of turning data insight into actionable recommendations
- Analytically minded with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Outgoing and friendly, able to deal with a diverse range of personalities and opinions.
- Commercially aware with the confidence to feedback your insight and ideas to senior company members
