**Salary**:£22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience & Bonus Scheme

**What will my role look like?**

Our Finance Fixed Assets team is growing and we have an exciting opportunity available for a Fixed Assets Analyst In this role you will be managing the group capital spending orders and ensuring all processes are running smoothly dealing with queries andpayments on a daily basis using mostly SAP accounting system. Reporting to a Senior Fixed Assets Accountant you will gain the experience in managing budgets and processes first hand.

**What would my main responsibilities be?**
- Creating and managing projects as requested to ensure all statuses and budgets are up to date and with relevant approvals
- Understanding what defines capital expenditure and distinguishing between CAPEX and OPEX
- Helping the Group Fixed Assets/Country Finance teams fix any queries when issuing purchase orders, including any asset issues and budget problems
- Creating all assets so purchase orders can be raised in SAP ensuring all capital expenditure goes into the correct descriptions and g/l accounts
- Journals to capitalise expenditure, working with the country accountants to process
- Managing large projects processes and payments to ensure all is paid in a timely manner and seeing how to improve efficiency
- Liaising with all management from various departments to make sure they understand our processes and what they need to do when purchasing an asset
- Analysing the budgets to see what assets relate to certain purchase orders etc. to give an insight for the procurement team
- Dealing with suppliers to update them on payments and sending over remittances
- Ensuring all vendors are paid timely and accordingly to specified countries
- Generating asset history sheets from SAP when requested by area managers etc
- Management of assets; scraps & disposals
- Running depreciation of fixed assets monthly
- Conducting reviews of projects to capitalise assets/closure of projects
- Assisting audits/dealing with audit queries
