Key Duties
- Management of global custom solutions shared mailbox, prioritising, actioning or escalating items required
- Management of custom online collaboration platform, maintaining, updating, and actioning any changes or communications from clinical support specialists/clinicians
- Manage all system administration activities related to online collaboration platform including all technical queries and administration of all system users
- Ensure any patient imaging data is made available on relevant platforms for field/internal access while adhering to all relevant data protection regulations
- Update and maintenance of active, cancelled and implanted cases on internal workload tracking systems
- Processing new custom device requests and handling sensitive data
- Prepare as required all relevant documentation for transferring to manufacturing, including preparation of special production packages
- Compile relevant technical documentation and coordinate relevant approvals for each custom device
- Provide updates to sales/marketing and field-based personnel on custom data when required
- Liaise with all relevant business functions including ISC, Quality, RA and Customer Care to ensure timelines are adhered to for each individual request
- Manage customer expectations throughout duration of each custom request and ensure clinicians are reliably informed of case status as required
- Other relevant ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working in administrative environment beneficial
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to work on a number of different activities simultaneously
- Excellent team player
- Highly organised and able to effectively prioritise tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Expected hours: 37 per week
