Gp Receptionist

Corfe Castle Surgery is a dispensing surgery with 2970 patients. We obtained outstanding overall in our last CQC inspection. The surgery was purpose built in 2011 and overlooks Corfe Castle.

This role will include but not limited to:

- Assisting and directing patients within the surgery
- Assisting patients and dealing with enquiries over the telephone
- Registration of new patients using computer data entry
- Inputting data to patients electronic record

You should have a good level of education, good IT skills and excellent communication skills. Previous experience of medical reception work would be an advantage, although full training will be provided. 4 weeks annual leave pro rata.

Hours will be within:

- Monday to Friday 8.30 - 18.30.

It is **essential** that you are flexible to cover colleague’s annual/sick leave.
