**What you will be doing**
You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with learning disabilities. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people leada valued and fulfilled life.
It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn't do last week because of you.
You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities. Who doesn't like a free massage at work?

The shift patterns include working weekends, 7.5 hours a day, 4-5 days a week between the hours of 7:00am and 10:00pm.**Where you will be working**

**Location**: 1 Lichfield Lane, Twickenham, London TW2 6JE

You will be working at Lichfield Lane, providing support for people who may be living with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours. Service users may also have profound and multiple communication difficulties, sensory impairments and physicalhealth problems.

You will working alongside a multidisciplinary team to promote social inclusion through meaningful community engagement. You will support service users to develop social networks and engage in a range of activities to live purposeful lives.
