THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our coffee company, Esquires Coffee, in our super-modern Wullcomb store in the City Centre.

The role in a nutshell:
You will also maintain the high store standards, foster a positive work environment and provide consistent, fast, efficient, and friendly service, ensuring a first-class experience for both our customers and team members.

You will be master of all trades within the store, jumping between serving amazing coffee, create and present customers with mouth-watering dishes, epitomise great bar service and look calm and collected on the shop floor; all with a smile Also will be responsible for daily opening and closing procedures, ordering stock for our daily needs, supervising the staff to maintain cleanliness of the store to the highest standards, overlooking and maintaining level of service, cashing up.

Looking the part at both 8am and 7:30pm is important. We need somebody who has a great eye for detail, embodies passion for their job, is highly organised and wants to make a difference in their community. We are looking for somebody who wants to progress in their management career and can provide full support to their Manager in the process.

**Experience**:
Must have:

- Passion for coffee and food
- Barista experience
- Server experience
- Food Preparation & Allergens Knowledge

Previous
- Supervisory experience in similar environment.
- Understanding of stock rotation and organisation
- Latte art skills
- Cooking skills preferable
- Knowledge of P&L
- Knowledge of POS and merchandising

The fine print:

- Hours - full flexibility required, including weekends and nights
- Uniform - Trousers/Jeans and a Collared top/shirt/polo. Company provided apron

Full-time hours: 35-45 per week
