Reporting to the MD, you will have a passion for HR and will take responsibility for advising and managing employee relations and performance management. As part ofthe wider people team you will play an active role in delivering the people strategy. This is an exciting position which is a mix between operational and strategic HR

Duties include
- Dealing with various HR queries
- Managing staff and line manager relationships, responding to any queries or problems
- Support line manager with ER such as grievances and disciplinaries
- Working on people strategy projects
- Organising employer engagement activities

To be considered you will be currently working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with operational experience and strategic experience. Ability to work with and influence senior stakeholder. In return you will get an opportunity to work with afantastic business. This role offers hybrid working - 3 days in the office,2 at home. They will also consider a 4 day working week.
