We are looking for motivated individuals to support 4 children with autism, and learning disabilities, in a brand-new property in Rixton, Warrington.

**Support Worker Salary** - £29,719 per annum (this salary includes completing 1 sleep-in shift per week). The hourly rate for this role is £12.00 per hour increasing to £12.50 upon successful completion of the relevant qualification.

As a Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care for our young people, understand their care needs, plan activities, and support and engage them to succeed in living their best lives. This role is a mixture of full-day shifts (14 hours) and sleep-ins, to help plan ahead and create a work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide the best care and support for our young people and make a real difference in their lives
- Maintain a warm and caring environment, so our young people can receive good physical, emotional, and social care
- Support the young people with their daily routines, to access education and varied activities in their local community as set out in their care plans

**Requirements**:
Experience as a carer would be great but full training and induction are provided

Driver's licence is essential

Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging
