**What You’ll Bring**:
**Essential Requirements**:

- **Valid SIA Licence** (Security Guarding/Door Supervision).
- Strong knowledge of **public safety and security protocols**.
- Excellent communication and **conflict resolution skills**.
- **Patience** and the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
- Teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of **situational awareness**.
- Basic computer and hand-held device skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- A good level of **physical fitness** to meet the demands of the role.
- The ability to **pass enhanced background checks**.
- **Over 18 years of age**.
- **Full UK/EU driving license** (preferred but not essential).

**Your Role**:
As an SIA Security Guard/Door Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

- Monitoring premises to ensure safety and security.
- Controlling access to venues, checking identification, and managing entry points.
- Diffusing potential conflicts and resolving situations professionally.
- Performing regular patrols and keeping detailed incident reports.
- Protecting staff, clients, and members of the public from potential threats.
- Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Responding swiftly to alarms or emergencies.
