**General Manager**
£19 per hour
Location: LS6 Headingly
The key objective is to provide excellent customer service in reception, bar, dining room and conference facilities.
**Main duties**:

- Handle guest bookings, queries, arrivals and departures
- Process accurate payroll information including hours for the staff
- Responsible for the smooth operating of the house keeping team, ensuring maximum bedroom availability and cleanliness
- Run a small bar when required
- Oversee staff rotas
- Respond to guest feedback and messages on booking platforms
- Manage meeting rooms, including set up, to ensure the customer is provided with everything needed to the event runs smoothly

**Essential attributes**:

- Good attention to detail
- Computer literacy
- Experience within catering/ hotel environment
- Organised, focussed and methodical
- Able to manage a diverse team of people in a professional manner
- Bar experience

Full time hours (shift work)
7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm
£19 per hour paid weekly
