We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Digital Content Executive** to join our growing Digital team here at Regatta.

The Digital Content Executive reports into the Digital Content & Marketing Manager and is a key function of the Digital Content & Marketing team. This role is responsible for contributing to and delivering the content plan, in addition to tailoring and delivering digital content for use across all digital channels. This role has primary responsibility for co-ordinating digital campaigns and communications across the digital team in order to reach & engage new and existing customers, whilst driving global growth.?

This role supports the Digital Content & Marketing Manager in proactively co-ordinating trading, brand, marketing and operational activities as per the daily digital plan. This position is key in ensuring all teams are joined up in activity and message. This includes delivering strategic brand campaigns alongside the Digital Content & Marketing Manager in addition to executing and co-ordinating tactical promotional activities both onsite and across all channels.?
**The impact you’ll have in this role**:

- Executing detailed and well-coordinated digital channel plans as per the direction from the Digital Content & Marketing Manager.?
- Coordinating the delivery of marketing activation plans across all digital channels and the wider digital team.?
- Contributing to and delivering the overall digital content and marketing strategy in line with business objectives and brand goals.?
- Assisting in communicating the overarching brand direction and optimising campaigns for digital.?
- Balancing trade and brand priorities appropriately.?
- Direct remit across all forms of digital content from static information (e.g. delivering info pages), to tactical activities (e.g. trading promotions), to broader brand campaigns (e.g. new season launch, collaborations). ?
- Working closely with the Digital Content & Marketing manager to plan and deliver highly innovative campaigns and content, which drive consumer engagement and increase brand reach to new audiences.?
- Working with defined consumer audiences, to deliver highly targeted communications. ?
- Assisting in the contribution and delivery of brand growth plans and the activity required to help deliver conversion requirements. ?
- Working closely with the Digital Content & Marketing Manager to align the wider channel plans and deliver against agreed KPIs.?
- Delivering a highly considered and consistent tone of voice which is aligned to brand guidelines, developing content and copywriting skill sets, whilst adapting for the appropriate audience and channel as needed.?
- Inputting into the broader brand strategy alongside the Digital Content & Marketing Manager. Supporting with insight and knowledge of the digital consumer.?
- Delivering the localised content strategy and messaging as appropriate to local markets.?
- Coordinating the production of digital assets and front-end experience to deliver content and marketing plans, working closely with the Digital Content & Marketing Manager, Digital Designers and Front-end Developers, to QA and execute plans.?
- Contributing to broader brand requirements for imagery, content and photography, working with the Brand team to capture feedback and plan improvements and initiatives to deliver improvements.?
- Promoting new ways of working e.g. onboarding on new content management systems, to enable Content teams to fully own the execution of content, including international regions?
- Contributing to new and innovative digital tools and techniques, collaborating with the Group Digital Technology team, to improve internal processes and further drive consumer engagement.?
- Compliance and adherence to consumer and data protection policies, managing consumer data and mitigating risk, aligned to the Group’s GDPR strategy and procedures?
- Contributing as an active member of the digital content and marketing team. Promoting excellent team work, leadership within your field and cross-functional working. ?
- Partnerships developed within the Group, which are supportive of delivering change and innovation, including new ways of working. ?
**Who we are looking for**:

- 1-3+ experience working in digital content and marketing.
- Experience managing a digital content plan and communicating this to internal stakeholders.
- Appreciation for consumer-experience, delivering innovative experiences and communications which drive customer retention and brand loyalty.
- Experienced in working cross-functionally to deliver change, influencing others / other teams, with a “can do” attitude and hands-on solution based approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively both 1-2-1 and in larger groups.
- Awareness of the importance in planning and developing digital content to trading performance.
- Experience in complying to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
