Executive Grapevine are a leading provider of marketing solutions for those targeting buyers in the HR profession via our HR Grapevine brand. As we pursue even greater commercial growth, a new and exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Designer to join the Design & Technology team has arisen.

This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for digital content design that can involve working on a single piece of content or on the end-to-end journey of creating a suite of assets to support marketing campaigns. In this role your work may involve the creation of, or change to, a digital asset, product or single piece of content that stretches across regular and premium channels consumed by thousands of users and subscribers.

**What you’ll do **
- Explain content decisions based on task brief and client requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other content and UX designers.
- Work independently after being given direction by senior designers.
- Independently manage marketing assets production, identify user issues and client needs.
- Support digital production team administration and publishing processes.
- Engage with newsletter production and scheduling.
- Get involved in video and podcast editing.

**Key skills we’re looking for **
- Proficient in Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Demonstrate experience of working in agile teams.
- Adapt, reflect and be responsive to feedback.
- Support the creation and development of UX design strategies.
- Contribute to iterating and improving processes and guidelines.
- Understand how design activities meet strategic goals and shareholder requirements.
- Experience with Salesforce and Pardot, or other similar CRM and ESP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of video and audio editing is an advantage.
- AI assisted design approach is a bonus.

| This role is suitable for remote working but some regular travel to our office in Welwyn Garden City will be required.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

**Job Type**: Permanent
