The main focus of the Bar Back working hours will be on the weekends:
- Fridays & Saturdays - between 6pm to 11.30pm/close

You'll platy a crucial support role in the pub, ensuring that bartenders and other front-line staff can work efficiently. Key duties include:

- ** Stocking the Bar**: Replenishing the bar with supplies such as spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes to ensure bartenders have everything they need to serve drinks quickly.
- **Glassware**: Collecting, cleaning, and restocking glasses, ensuring there is always enough clean glassware available.
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Wiping down surfaces, clearing spills & rubbish and ensuring the bar area is tidy and presentable.
- **Restocking Ice**: Ensuring the ice machines are filled and ice is available for bartenders.
- **Supporting Stocking**: Assisting in tracking and replenishing stock throughout the shift.
- **Handling Kegs and Bottles**: Changing kegs when necessary and restocking bottled beer and drinks in coolers/fridges.
