We are a renowned award-winning commercial law firm located in Surrey. Currently, we are seeking a skilled corporate/commercial lawyer to join our esteemed Corporate Team. You will collaborate with our experienced directors and associate solicitors to provide exceptional legal counsel to our clients.

We are interested in an enthusiastic corporate/commercial lawyer who possesses:

- Proficiency in guiding clients through complex corporate transactions, including share and asset sales/purchases, as well as drafting commercial agreements and offering advice on general corporate matters.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance to clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability in building professional relationships internally and externally.
- Competence in IT, familiarity with case management systems, and proficiency in Office 365.
- Team player mentality with the willingness to support and mentor junior fee earners.
- A proactive approach to growing a personal client base and engaging in networking with professionals and clients.

At our firm, we embrace a flexible work model that combines office and remote work. Typically, fee earners spend two days a week in the office and the remaining time working from home.

We have heavily invested in IT and telephone systems to ensure seamless service delivery to clients under the hybrid working arrangement. While we are open to part-time arrangements, we do require a minimum commitment of four days a week due to expected workload. Our Corporate Team includes part-time members who support each other to maintain a smooth workflow for both fee earners and clients.
