Job Title: Senior Trusts Fundraiser
Location: Old Street, London (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships
Pay: £36,229 - £38,064
Hours of Work: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
**Role Overview**:
We are looking for Senior Trust Fundraiser to join our Philanthropy and Partnerships team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our income generation from Trusts and Foundations, developing high-value funder relationships, crafting compelling proposals, and contributing to Speech and Language UK’s strategic impact. This role will require strategic insight, creativity, and a commitment to stewardship and donor engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve income targets by establishing and nurturing relationships with high value donors.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key funders, focusing on large, complex accounts.
- Write compelling, clear propositions for projects and core funding.
- Drive unrestricted income and implement the Trust fundraising plan.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to explore new funding opportunities.

- Financial literacy for budget and portfolio monitoring.
