**Job Role**:
**Industrial Cleaner**

**Location : Stoke-upon-Trent**

**Pay: Competitive rates of pay + Bonus Scheme**

**Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm**

**Days: Monday to Friday**

**Overtime: OTE**

**Motivated and enthusiastic Industrial Cleaner required.**

**This is an excellent opportunity for an Industrial Cleaner to join our new purpose built facility and become part of a forward thinking company that looks after their employees, looking to become the markets leading industry as a One Stop service/repair/paint shop.**

**Main responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Cleaning, tidying and light maintenance of building, car park and site.**:

- **Washing various areas of site, including warehouse walls, floor, trailer bays.**:

- **Willing to operate a cherry picker (full training will be given).**:

- **Sweeping all areas around site, emptying bins, and general tidiness.**:

- **General decorating duties ie painting when required.**:

- **General small repairs (including but not limited to re-fixing door handles, loose hinges/items, fixing blinds, toilet seat re fixing and replacement).**:

- **Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks if required.**:

- **FLT license not essential but would be beneficial.**

**Person Specification**
- **Experience of Industrial Cleaning**:

- **Good understanding of health and safety requirements within a workshop environment.**:

- **Fault finding abilities are desirable.**:

- **Ability to record work accurately on work sheets.**:

- **Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team.**:

- **Confident, enthusiastic and pro-active.**:

- **Willingness to undertake further training.**

**Health and Safety responsibilities**
- **Follow company policies and procedures, at all times.**:

- **Complete mandatory training courses when required.**:

- **Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery, or risk to health and safety, or the environment**:

- **Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received**:

- **Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager**:

- **Take personal responsibility for Health & Safety matters**
