Our Cardiff-based client has recently launched a new project, and they have an immediate opening for a Management Trainee, which is an ideal fit for graduates or ambitious career changers looking to climb the career ladder.

**What They Do**

The client specialises in customer acquisition through interactive and bespoke marketing campaigns carried out across Wales. They have a vast and growing client portfolio, and to keep up with demand, they need project managers to learn the ropes and eventually take charge of each client campaign.

**Training**

They provide extensive training through daily coaching and training sessions, classroom-style learning, as well as on-the-job training. They also provide access to client workshops, allowing you to expand your knowledge and excel in the position.

**Management Trainee Role**

The position will be a mix of customer service, promotions, sales and team leadership. In the first 3 to 6 months, you will learn the basic day-to-day customer acquisitions, customer service and brand awareness representing some Fortune 500 companies. This will be conducted through one or more of their 3 sales channels. (Promotional Events, B2B, and Telesales).

Once you are at a stage of showing consistency in the daily customer acquisitions, customer service and brand awareness, you will have the opportunity to take on added responsibility. You will take the skills you learned and oversee a handful of individuals, learning how to motivate and manage people and help drive results.

At every stage of this process, there are coaches at hand to help with your success. You will also have access to a vast network of industry leaders to give advice in the areas you may need to improve on.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
