As a Shift Manager at 23.5 Degrees Ltd, the starting wage is £9.50 per hour.

There are so many opportunities to progress within the company, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager or maybe even Area Coach

This role is full time, fully flexible, weekdays and weekends. The role is based at **Starbucks Banbury.**

As a Shift Manager you will:

- Help your store partners make world class connections with the customers they see every day
- Be responsible in supporting the operations of the store and communicating positively and effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- You will successfully delegate tasks, coach, and lead by example.
- Support with staffing, customer satisfaction and product quality.
- Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
- Previous experience of delivering high quality customer service.
- Adapts quickly to change and makes timely, thoughtful decisions.
- Someone who can listen and communicate well with others and can create a team environment that is positive and productive.
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Someone who can maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
