Join us as a Warehouse Team Leader and you’ll lead a team to ensure the smooth running of our Warehouse operation, delivering excellent customer service and bottom-line results.
**What you’ll be doing**

Working with the Warehouse Managers you’ll manage and lead a team of operatives to deliver an on time in full (with no errors) picking performance to the business. You’ll ensure that the Health and Safety of all colleagues through compliance legislation, regulation and company policies including risk assessments, safe methods of work, safety audits, regular reviews and KPI management.

You’ll plan, manage, and adjust short-medium staffing levels to meet operational requirements/workload planning and work alongside other business areas to deliver our company policies. You’ll review and update previous days performance metrics by area & employee, versus target, taking appropriate action as require along with being responsible for motivating and leading your team along with return to works, sickness and absence and employee reviews.
**How you will qualify for the role**

You’ll already have experience working within a multi-shift warehouse environment with excellent leadership and communication skills being able to lead, innovate and inspire colleagues at all levels in the business whilst promoting positive teamwork. You’ll be a strong lateral thinker with good problem solving and decision-making abilities; supported by a comprehensive knowledge and experience of a warehouse environment.
