A global leader in sustainable packaging is building a revolutionary CX team and is looking for a Insights Analyst to completely redefine how they manage their customer relationships. Your role would be to work with customer data to understand successes,pain points and the entire customer journey. You will map requirements for customer data quality and create predictive models for future CX implementations. You will proactively collaborate senior stakeholders to help them cease strategic opportunities. Thisrole would be perfect for someone with experience of generating actionable insights within a CX environment.

You will be joining the team tasked with designing, developing and delivering customer experiences that will redefine packaging for a changing world. You would be joining a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions worldwide, operating in morethan 30 different countries and employing over 30,000 people. My client has several programmes that will be delivered over the next 3+ years to support an ambitious agenda and customer experience transformation will be at the centre of delivering regionalbenefits for the business.

**What will you be doing?**
- Define a CX metrics framework of key KPI's that tie to customer success, as the business continues to change and adapt.
- Create advanced predictive analytics, to ensure the successful delivery of new CX projects by understanding how customers will react.
- Create easily accessible dashboards to help decision making by a wide range of business stakeholders.
- Create models to understand value created along each stage of the customer journey as well as ROI on CX investments.
- Offer hands on support to different markets and regions as they build brand new insights competencies.

**What are we looking for?**
- BSc/MSc or relevant work experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or Analytics related field.
- Experience in customer experience research?ideally with CX platforms and VoC programs.
- Extensive experience with data triangulation, analytics, predictive modelling, AI powered.
- Hands on experience with business reporting tools like Cognos / PowerBI / Tableau.
- Highly capable communicator, that can present CX insights in a way that is easily understood to a wide audience and creates buy-in for initiatives.
