Our client is looking for someone with diligence, professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to retain information in confidence. They want someone who's confident in their ability to build a relationship with customers.

**Responsibilities include**
- Ownership of the Debt Management and Credit Control processes, achieving KPIs
- Managing debt case tracker
- Attending weekly meetings with the Accounts and Administration manager to discuss debt cases
- Bi-weekly meetings with other dept. managers to do the same
- Sending monthly statements to customers
- providing debt reports to your manager
- Raising late payments
- Sending letters before taking action
- Management of county court claim cases
- Contacting new customers to receive Direct Debit mandates
- Management of existing direct debits
- Management of GoCardless (direct debit system)

- MS Office Knowledge
- Computer Literacy
- Numeracy Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Automated Accounting Skills
- Credit Control Experience

**Desirable Skills**
- Xero Experience
- AAT Qualifications
