**The Role**:
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and innovative Lecturer in Graphic Design and Illustration to join our Digital and Creative Innovation (DACI) team. **Your Responsibilities Will Include**:
As a Lecturer in Graphic Design and Illustration, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to our students. Your main duties will involve:

- Delivering and managing inclusive learning, teaching, and assessment to a high standard.
- Contributing to curriculum design, development, and quality enhancement.
- Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression.
- Using digital and face-to-face teaching tools (e.g., VLE, progress tracking systems) to support learning.
