**Marketing Analyst**

**£42,000**

**Hybrid / Gloucestershire**

We're working with an award-winning client who is looking to transition to a standalone business so a new research team can grow. This is an exciting time to be part of a team who have a strong reputation in the construction industry.

Now looking for a Marketing Analyst to report directly to the Head of Research and Business Development Director. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for Marketing, whether delivered and subcontracted InHouse, or externally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the Head of Research managing the business and meeting objectives
- Take a hands-on approach to ensure excellent customer service is maintained
- Be involved at all stages of projects, responding to enquiries, taking briefs, pitching etc
- Liaise with internal and external interviewers, fieldwork agencies and external researchers
- Responsible for the quality and timing of analysis, reporting and presenting results

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Market research experience is essential
- An interest in learning both new quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and products
- Committed to becoming an advanced level user of SNAP survey software (training will be given), MS Access Excel, PowerPoint and new analysis and presentation software
- Confident presentation skills in person and in reporting
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good writing skills
- Comfortable and competent in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Deadline driven

Travel is not as common as it was, and much of it is virtual now, but willingness to travel as required
