We are currently looking for a Retail Supervisor to join us on a part time, 24 hours per week, permanent basis.

The Retail Supervisor plays a crucial role in our organisation, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail team across 3 stores and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail assistants, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Collaboration and effective communication are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with the Retail Shops Manager and Retail Supervisor to promote The Southbank Centre, implement company policies and procedures, optimise inventory management, and drive operational efficiency. You will also contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, monitor product displays and merchandising, and resolve customer or employee issues that may arise.
