_We are currently looking for temporary caretakers to cover our sites across the Surrey area (mainly RH postcode)_

**_Working hours:_ _
- **_Can range from site to site but generally will be Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm _

**_Main purpose of the job:_ _
- **_To provide general cleaning and maintenance support for the buildings. _

**_Duties will include but not be limited to:_**_
- Oversee cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Grounds maintenance such as s_weeping of external areas
- Jet washing/disinfecting binstore room
- Watering flowerbeds and lawned areas as required during Summer months
- General light maintenance works such as checking lights operating_

**_Person Specification:_**_
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills_
