- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure a timely resolution.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
- **Attitude**: Positive, customer-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay: £23,301.00-£24,752.00 per year

- Swansea, SA7 0ET: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
