**FE Sports Tutor**

**Location**: Coventry Sphinx FC

**Salary**: £24,000 - £30,000 per year
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Job Type**: Full-time

Are you passionate about sports education and helping young people achieve their full potential? We’re looking for a dedicated **NCFE Level 3 Sport Lecturer** to join our **full-time Further Education programme** at Future Pro Academy in partnership with Juniper Training.

This is an exciting opportunity to **deliver high-quality education** in a professional football academy setting, working with young learners to develop their **knowledge, skills, and behaviours** for future careers in sport and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and high-quality education sessions for **NCFE Level 3 Sport** learners.
- Assess and develop learners' **knowledge, skills, and behaviours** to support their career aspirations.
- Work closely with the wider **Juniper Training delivery team** to implement an exciting new curriculum.
- Teach **GCSE Maths & English** as part of the full study programme.
- Support students in their **academic progress, personal development, and career progression**.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
We are seeking an **enthusiastic and organised professional** who is passionate about sports education and student success.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:
**Degree-level qualification** in Sport or a related field.
Experience working in a **college or training provider setting as a Tutor/Coach**.
Strong understanding of **FE sector requirements and curriculum delivery**.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
**Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training** (or willingness to work towards it).
**QTLS or PGCE qualification**.
