**Lead Machine Learning Engineer**

I'm recruiting a Lead Machine Learning Engineer for a UK/US Start-Up. After a fantastic seed round and massive contracts on the horizon, they are looking to scale their ML capabilities by recruiting a Lead Machine Learning Engineer. The company are changingthe way we interact with films and tv programs from other countries and cultures. They have developed world-first, unique and genuinely cutting edge computer vision software that intelligently overcomes dubbing, subtitle and audio problems in universal filmproduction. If successful, this will become one of the biggest entertainment technology companies in the world and genuinely has the potential to disrupt an entire industry.

This role sees you sitting as the link in between their Research Science and Software Engineering teams. This isn't a Research role and is focused on implementing, optimizing, scaling and productionising complex Machine Learning models produced by the USScience team. Ideally, you'll have a good understand and level of experience with Computer Vision models & data whilst also demonstrating key Engineering skills. Things like CI/CD, Cloud Architecture & Services will be nothing but core to the way you operate.You may be well versed in MLOps and it's various toolings (MLflow, Sagemaker etc) but seeing as existentially these things are relatively new it's not seen as fundamental but very much a great addition.

- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or related
- Extensive Machine learning Engineering experience
- Demonstrable experience implementing ML Models
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision models & Data
- Exceptional engineering skill set - CI/CD, Cloud Architecture & Services, Python Engineering
- Drive and passion for Artificial Intelligence innovation
