The Trusts R&D dept. is looking to recruit an **outstanding Research Management & Governance Lead on a permanent basis **. This is an exciting opportunity for a **proactive and highly skilled individual who has established experience in research management, delivery and governance coordination **to join our Trust and be part of a forward-thinking team.
As an experienced researcher you will support the ongoing strategic ambitions of the R&D department and will join senior leaders within the team to successfully develop the portfolio and profile of the department. As a senior leader you will have delegated responsibility in managing operational aspects of the team, bringing in a level of enthusiasm and innovation and leading appropriate conversations with NIHR, LCRN and other partnership groups to develop new study activity.
