Front of House Team Member

This is a part-time position working 3 days per week, weekdays and weekends. Overtime will be available during particularly busy periods or staff holidays/sickness. There are no evening or split shifts, but you must be fully flexible in the days that you are available to work.
**Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet our customers on arrival.
- Deliver food and drink to tables.
- Accurately take customer orders, answering any dietary/allergy questions, and promoting food and drink specials.
- Ensure tables are swiftly cleared and sanitised, and the restaurant is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Build genuine relationships with our new and regular customers, and ensure they have a good experience.
- Swiftly handle any issues effectively, reporting to the manager where appropriate.
- Lend a hand washing dishes, safely loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages to Monty's high standards, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist with restaurant end of day close down.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Ability to work in a team towards a common goal.
- Outgoing personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- No experience necessary - full training will be provided.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
