**About the Role**:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of our mission to create impactful connections with potential customers. Your primary focus will be on promoting our clients' services and products directly to the public during events, fostering a strong rapport that encourages donations and ongoing support. This role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their sales skills while making a positive contribution to the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Face-to-Face Sales: Engage with attendees at events and promotions, providing compelling information about our clients' services, and encouraging them to support through donations or sign-ups.
- Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with potential customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized interactions.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the setup and management of events, ensuring all materials are present and that the environment is welcoming and professional.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor individual sales achievements and report on trends and feedback to help refine strategies and improve performance.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences, providing insights that could enhance promotional efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet collective sales goals, sharing best practices and encouraging a positive team atmosphere.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to develop your sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK. We cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas, unfortunately.
- Must not have applied to any of our openings in the past 30 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not essential; we provide full training for motivated individuals.
- A results-oriented mindset, eager to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to a positive team environment.
