**Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 0800 hours to 1630 hours, Monday to Friday**

**Job Purpose**:
As an APU Supervisor at Inflite, you'll play a pivotal role in our APU shop, overseeing the repair and overhaul of GTCP 85 and 36 series APUs and components. Your dedication to quality and safety will ensure our operations continue to meet and exceed industry standards.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- **Overhaul and Repair**: Conduct thorough inspections, overhauls, and repairs of GTCP 85 and 36 series APUs and components according to original manufacturer manuals and instructions.
- **Quality Assurance**: Uphold stringent quality standards and procedures to deliver top-notch results.
- **Innovation**: Drive innovation by researching and implementing new repair techniques and capabilities.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- **Reporting**: Prepare detailed workshop reports and material reviews to support accurate customer estimates.
- **Safety**: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement safety measures to safeguard our workforce.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Understand and exceed customer expectations to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- **Training**: Support the professional development of team members through training and mentorship.
- **Procedure Adherence**: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our MOE and company procedures.
- **Flexibility**: Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional duties as required by the company.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **Technical Expertise**:Proficiency in handling GTCP 85 and/or GTCP 36 series APUs.
- **Regulatory Knowledge**:Familiarity with EASA Pt 145 regulatory requirements for aircraft component maintenance, repair, and overhaul.
- **Aviation Background**: Previous experience in an aviation environment, with a preference for similar supervisory roles.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Competency in MS Office and business systems and procedures.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret technical manuals and accurately record inspection findings.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong planning and organisational abilities to manage complex tasks effectively.
- **Leadership**: Effective management and coaching skills to lead and inspire team members.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- **Safety Consciousness**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding rigorous safety standards.
