**SUIT SPECIALIST Full Time Position Reporting to**: Department Manager **Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with customers.
- Engage and interact with customers acting as the perfect ambassador of the Brand.
- Responsible for suiting to generate synergies with the customers.
- Train the team in alterations and tailoring.
- Maintain tidy and organize the Personal Tailoring area will be The priority.
- Maintain a professional and productive work environment.
- Implement suggestive selling and work with other fashion advisors.
- Handle the personal tailoring orders, making the alterations and submitting the order through TGT correctly.
- Follow up the orders keeping in touch the customer.
- Learn the numerous fashion styles and fit variances amongst different products and keeping them displayed properly.
- Understand company's promotions, presentation and selling techniques.
- Support the management team providing customer service and maintaining the standards of the store according business needs.
- Handle all customer concerns in a proactive and positive manner.
- Maintain the department, minimize clutter and ensure merchandise fixtures are organized and fully-stocked.
- Provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Being in charge of the training of the rest of the team making sure that the department will keep performing in case he/she is not in the store.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Experience dealing with customers is desirable
