**Job Overview**
Providing the first point of contact for prospective customers and intermediaries making enquiries about the products and services offered by the Family Building Society.
This is a permanent, full-time role consisting of working 37.5 hours per week.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Society’s products and services.
- Providing accurate and efficient responses to customer and intermediary enquiries via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Undertake administrative tasks
- Promoting products and services without offering financial advice or guidance.
- Supporting and covering for team members as needed.
**Experience**
- Minimum 1 years' experience within the Financial Services industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
- A self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
