As we continue to grow, were seeking a highly skilled and versatile **Digital Asset Creator** to join our team This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a creative mind, artistic flair and a sharp eye for detail, to develop and maintain our communications strategy.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this is a full time and permanent position. The working hours will be Monday Friday, 8.30am 5.00pm. The Company operates a flexible working policy, with office hours of 7.00am-7.00pm Monday-Friday.

**What is the role?**

You will play a key role within our expanding marketing team to support Loadhogs growth and expansion plans. You will be delivering high-quality visual materials that align with our brand guidelines and support business growth through lead generation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global marketing team of 5, giving you exposure to all aspects of marketing while allowing you to contribute directly to the success of the business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- creating, capturing, and editing photography and video content for campaigns and internal communications.
- developing internal and technical graphics, ensuring consistent visual identity.
- producing 3D conceptual visuals for product development and sales support.
- designing digital assets such as:

- Static and animated graphics for social and digital ads
- Website banners, hero images, and promotional graphics
- Short-form videos or motion graphics
- Presentation decks and internal brand materials

- supporting new product launches with visual assets and marketing materials.
- providing design input for campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads.
- maintaining brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- tracking creative performance and contributing suggestions for improvement.
- maintaining and organising the digital asset library for easy access and version control.
- ensuring naming conventions and file standards are upheld.
- staying up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies (e.g., motion graphics, AR filters, interactive visuals).
- improving workflow efficiency and creative quality continuously.

- Adobe Creative Suite expert - highly proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
- Skilled in design, photography, and videography, with strong editing ability for multiple platforms.
- Experience in KeyShot animation or 3D visualisation (desirable, not essential).
- Proven ability to deliver creative projects from concept to completion.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual excellence.
- Working knowledge of WordPress, social media platforms, and digital content creation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and departments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stay organised, and meet tight deadlines.
- A confident, passionate, and proactive problem solver with a drive for innovation.
- Ability to adapt creative concepts for different audiences, regions, and communication channels.
- Experience in maintaining and organising a structured digital asset library to ensure consistent and efficient content use.
