**Company Background**
At Public Partnerships we are passionate about how digital solutions can increase choice and control for all. We work in partnership with health and social care organisations to deliver web-based solutions that make self-directed care & support easier for everyone.
Much more than just technology or software providers, we work in true partnership with our clients to help empower and enable people to be more independent, improve people’s overall wellbeing and help build more connected and resilient communities.
We are proud to be part of Public Consulting Group, which is headquartered in Boston, USA. PCG is privately owned and has annual revenues of over £500m from its extensive consulting, technology and outsourcing operations across the USA and Europe, serving public sector clients in health, human services and education.
Our US sister company, Public Partnerships LLC, is the market-leader in self-direction - a global phenomenon that gives people choice and control over their care. It operates in 22 of the 50 states, serving over 120,000 individuals and handling over £2billion of personal budget spend.
Public Partnerships currently employs 30 staff in the UK, spread across Wigan, Maidenhead and remote locations. A combination of organic growth and acquisitions has consolidated us as the market leader in our field in the UK, with our current revenues reaching £2.5m per annum in the UK.
The majority of UK revenues originate from the social care and health sectors, specifically the provision of web-based ‘customer portal’ software solutions. These solutions enable citizens to look for information and advice, purchase products and services for the social care support needs and manage their personal budget. We currently work with over 50 local authorities and NHS organisations across the whole of the UK.
Alongside our UK client base, the web-based tools originally developed by the UK team are being configured for and leveraged across our sister company’s client base in the USA market.
