**Job Overview**

We’re looking for a motivated and organised **Admin & Reception Assistant** to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and keeping things running smoothly.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients — handling calls, bookings, and payments — while providing essential administrative support to our physiotherapists and practice manager.

If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, confident with IT systems, and love helping people, this could be the perfect role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and provide a warm, professional welcome.
- Process payments and maintain clear, organised documentation.
- Support the physiotherapy team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception and waiting areas tidy and inviting.
- **(Bonus)** Contribute to social media and marketing activities if you have experience or interest in this area.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in administration or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident using IT systems; experience with clinic software is a plus.
- Friendly, professional, and approachable communication style.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Experience or interest in **social media and marketing** is a valuable bonus.
