**The Role**

You’ll play a key part in adapting and modifying educational material so they are fully accessible to students with visual or hearing impairments. You’ll support the wider team with administrative and project coordination tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to a high standard.

Full training in modification processes will be provided — what matters most is your **attention to detail, commitment to inclusion, and understanding of the 11-18 education sector**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the team with the adaption and modification of educational documents to ensure accessibility for learners with print or hearing impairments.
- Support the Modification team with day-to-day project administration, tracking jobs, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with colleagues, external consultants, and education professionals to support the modification process.
- Assist with coordination of meetings, projects, and outsourcing where required.
- Provide accurate written materials, correspondence, and reports with excellent attention to detail.
- Ensure all resources meet internal quality assurance (QA) standards and agreed deadlines.
- Contribute to the training and support of new staff.
- Stay up to date with developments in education and accessibility

**Person Specification**

**Essential**
- Strong background in education (e.g. teaching, HLTA, SEN support, or experience working with young people aged 11-18).
- Excellent written English, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
- A good communicator who can work collaboratively in a team.
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with accuracy.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data security in a professional environment.

**Desirable**
- Experience of project coordination or administration in a busy setting.
- Knowledge of accessible formats or experience supporting learners with additional needs.
- Background in Maths/Science teaching or support.
